Use this form to submit information for one of your credentials. One degree certificate/diploma and its corresponding transcripts may be verified per form submission. If you wish to verify a bachelor's and a master's degree, you must submit the form twice.
You must have a copy of the degree certificate/diploma and transcripts to submit the form. If you do not have a copy of either document, please contact your institution's registrar to obtain a copy and then submit your verification request via Verifdiploma.
